President & CEO Project Development
Mrs. Theresa A. McCormick is majority-owner
and President of ATC Vantage. As business and technology administrator, she runs
ATC Vantage. Theresa designs all our publications,
advertisements, website design, and courseware.
Theresa also instructs and researches SMS for all aviation entities.
Theresa’s years of experience with design, communications,
accounting, course development, and computer software has
helped ATC Vantage grow into a solid nation-wide
business.
Theresa's SMS Certifications include: MITRE
Courses: SMS Principles, SMS Theory and
Application, SMS II and SMS Audit. Theresa has
also been MITRE certified and audited to train and
"train the trainer." US Federal Government SMS
Training Certificates: certificates of SMS and Aviation Safety Program
Manager and Risk Management "Trainer" (TSI,
Transport Safety Institute)
and the NBAA (National Business Aviation Association)
Safety Management Systems course; along with other
other SMS certifications. Patrick and Theresa were invited by
MITRE to audit their SMS II and SMS Audit before
release to the public and the only aviation
consultants present;
Theresa re-started her career after
raising four children. She is Florida state
certified as a SAC trainer (School Advisory Council) for
administrators, teachers and other community members.
(SAC is a
legislative requirement for all public schools in Florida). She has also developed several courses for SAC that
is being used state-wide. Theresa was selected to
participate in a select, small group of "stakeholders"
for the Dept. of Education (DOE) in evaluating
innovative ideas and changes in Florida education.
Theresa's
personal website was listed as a SAC resource - the
only private resource - for over a decade.
She has held numerous offices in both County and State SAC
organizations.
Theresa also has owned and operated her
own business in website design for over 10 years. Theresa’s
website development skills has touched dozens of business
internet portals attracting viewers through clean,
attractive and common-sense design.
As part of her strong community
commitment, she has volunteered through the past 20 years in
schools, community and church functions. Theresa has been
acknowledged through the years with numerous awards for her
dedication and hard work. This commitment continues through
to today – always finding time to volunteer for the benefit
of others.

College (Dean’s List) in upstate New York and St. Petersburg

worldwide. Patrick directs SMS instruction, audits, evaluations and implementation for all
aviation entities. Patrick has multiple

Patrick started his aviation career as Private
pilot and continued the aviation pathway into the US
Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller for seven
years (Wurtsmith AFB (OSC), Homestead AFB (HST)). Pat’s
aviation career continued in Air Traffic Control in
the FAA earning certifications at Lunken (LUK), Toledo (TOL),
Miami (MIA) and Tampa (TPA) International Airports. Patrick has over
35 years of experience in Air Traffic Control.
Mr. McCormick has held positions as supervisor at Miami Tower and Air Traffic
Manager at Albert Whitted Tower. He’s been an ATC training specialist, quality
assurance specialist and airspace and procedures specialist. Patrick has
performed Air Safety Investigator duties with the NTSB for six years as an Air
Traffic Control expert and participated in numerous aircraft accident
investigation. He studied Aviation Administration at the University of Northern
Kentucky. Patrick has held a Control Tower Operator Examiner’s Certification and
is a Private Pilot.Patrick has taught at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City, OK
in advanced radar training and radar training for
several years.

Wendy Stanley has an extensive and
diversified background in aviation, human resources and
education. Ms. Stanley is a former regional airline
pilot and certified flight instructor, and she has lead
and performed in various functions in human resources,
training and in education. The solid experiences gained
in Aviation and Corporate America have allowed Ms.
Stanley to apply her technical knowledge, operational
expertise and people skills among many industries.
Ms. Stanley is experienced in strategic planning,
project management, contract administration, audits,
training and development, and emergency response
planning. While working in consulting, she has supported
projects conducted by the Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA), which included rulemaking support,
as well as organizational restructure and development.
Ms. Stanley has developed training for Safety Management
Systems (SMS) in compliance with the FAA and the
International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). She
has trained various companies and organizations to
include the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB)
and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on hazard
identification techniques, safety risk assessments,
safety assurance, safety promotion and policies, as well
as the use of technology to support SMS goals.
She has also developed training in Emergency Response
for both the Investigation Team as well as for station
management at local airports. She has been instrumental
in leading and managing the oversight of emergency
response planning in a Part 121 regional airline. Ms.
Stanley has conducted audits of local stations’
emergency action plans and formulated corrective action
plans to be in compliance with federal regulations.
In addition, Ms. Stanley is trained in the areas of
Safety Management Systems (SMS), Systems Safety,
Aircraft Accident Investigation, Human Factors,
Industrial Safety Management and Transportation
