ATC Vantage offers a $200
discount per person on every registration from
an organization for the same class date. Why would ATC Vantage offer such a
discount? What's the catch?
No Catch. Because
of feedback from our students that had multiple
registrants from an organization felt that it
benefitted them in their understanding of SMS, how
to incorporate SMS into their organization, and the
discussion and dialog that ensued because of their
training in SMS. Having multiple people trained in
SMS within an organization is the most effective way
to begin your SMS. ATC Vantage also recognizes the
tough financial times for businesses – this should
help!
We believe in the safety
and the economic viability of the
aviation community - from employees to the
flying public - and SMS is the answer.

One discount per registration. Multiple registrants from
one company for
the same class receive $200 discount on each
registration. The multiple registrant
discount of $200 may not be combined with an
additional discount (i.e. $50 for early
registration-30 days prior to class date, NBAA
or AACA).

ATC Vantage reserves the right to cancel a class if
the number of registrants is insufficient (This
exception has never been executed in our company's history).
In this event, we will notify all registrants and refund the registration
fee in full.
ALL
CANCELLATIONS, rescheduling and substitution requests
must be submitted in writing
and may
incur the following fees:
Refunds/Rescheduling:
If a student wishes to
withdraw from a course, they may either
substitute another person to take their place or
they may attend the next available
course. If an applicant chooses to permanently
withdraw within 7 business days of the start of
the course, there will be no refunds. If an
applicant chooses to permanently withdraw
outside the 7 business days, 90% of the course
registration fee will be returned.
Classes/instruction scheduled
for an organization:
•
A non-refundable payment of $15% is due
at time of invoice
• Balance is
due within 7 days of the class
•
Rescheduling: If a company wishes to
withdraw from their scheduled instruction, there
may be a rescheduling fee (for expenses
incurred) with the remainder of the payments to
be credited towards the future instruction date.
• Cancel:
If a company chooses to permanently withdraw
within 14 business days of the start of the
course, no refunds. Outside of 14 business days,
the organization will be additionally
responsible for expenses incurred.
Returned checks are subject to
processing fees (i.e. NSF fee)

Use of images: Any person who attends
an ATC Vantage (ATCV) course grants permission to
ATCV to record his or her visual/audio images,
including, but not limited to, photographs and sound or
video recordings, and, without notifying such person, to
use those images for any purpose of ATCV, including
advertisements for ATCV and its programs.

Invoices - Past Due Accounts
|
Invoices are due upon receipt and considered
"past due" after 30 days and will incur
additional late fees.
