Manual Reviews, Revisions and Writing
SMS manuals should be customized to each organization.  No two organizations are alike.  A smaller organization may have a less detailed, less complex manual. A larger organization may be much more detailed with more  organizational structure and best practices...

ATC Vantage will develop a personalized safety manual for your company that contains the most current
regulatory listings and best practices for your industry. Perhaps your organization has a manual but it needs revisions and updating; let ATC Vantage assist/re-develop your manual.

ATC Vantage also has an SMS Manual (SMM) Development Guidebook that students use to create their own customized SMS Manual. During this course, students work with our instructors to develop a customized SMS manual for their organization by utilizing our SMS Development Guidebook (SDG). Our SDG is capable of meeting the SMS requirements for organizations both large and small, and upon course completion, students return to their organizations with a SMS manual. This course includes all the guidance material needed for writing an SMS manual—as well as industry best-practices currently used by SMS-compliant organizations. Prerequisites: SMS Principles (from ATCV, MITRE or other qualified institution)

All ATCV SMS manuals are provided in MS WORD format for your continued editing and future revisions. End-users may print or convert revised documents to PDF format using Adobe Acrobat (6.0 or higher) or other PDF creation software.
PDF formatted manuals may then be uploaded to your company's online reference library, where links within each document's Table of Contents instantly connect to every paragraph, enabling rapid retrieval of needed information.  Adobe's powerful search functions also locate key words, phrases and regulatory references instantly.
